James and his team have a whole host of gorgeously yummy home-made breads that you can make at home. Why not try our delicious Pesto and Parmesan to start with. All you need is 700g Bread Flour, 25g fresh yeast or 7g dried yeast, 15g salt, 15g sugar, 50mls olive oil, ¾ of a pint of water, 50g Pesto and finally 75g Parmesan.

James is passionate about cooking and embraces Cornwall’s delightful selection of locally sourced ingredients. Growing his very own herbs in our charming herb garden is one of his favourites.
Nicky Grant has been making wedding cakes, wedding favours and fresh chocolates in Cornwall since 2003 after a career as a Corporate Design Manager in London. Running her business together with her husband Tom, her wedding cakes have graced many weddings throughout Cornwall as well as in England and Wales.
