Treats & Food
Food is simple and classic, using only the very best Cornish produce, with an emphasis on fish and seafood. Lobsters from our own tank and oysters and mussels fresh daily from the Fowey River oyster farm just below in the estuary.
Hansons is a wonderful combination of the original oak panelled dining room once used by the family it is named after, blended cleverly with the addition of a light modern space with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the croquet lawn.
Lunch is served in the Conservatory which opens directly onto the terrace, perfect for watching the world sail by on a sunny day and is the setting for the hotel’s famous summer BBQ's.
